convenient location good connection worn furniture flat pillows
the location was convenient for travel around the city. good internet connection ALLOWED me to work remotely without any issues.
I found the furniture needed replacement. It showed considerable wear. unfortunately the pillows were flat providing very little support.

convenient location reliable internet hot water
the location proved very convenient for public transport, i found the s-bahn and u-bahn stations close (only a short walk!). the design of the room was suitable, and i had reliable internet access. i also had consistent access to hot water, which i greatly appreciated after long days.
the reception did not provide extra towels when requested, and i found this a little inconvenient.

the staff at the reception area were accommodating and readily available to help with any concerns, i also found them to be generally kind. they offered assistance with directions and provided necessary information.

the room included kitchen materials, i also found the room to be very clean upon arrival. the hotel is positioned near many tourist attractions, which makes sightseeing very accessible. tramway stations were directly in front of the hotel.

simple, clean stay
central location friendly staff comfortable beds
the location worked really well for my trip. i visited the east side gallery, and it was a short walk. the staff was nice when i needed help with directions. i did like the comfortable beds after long days.
i noticed the sound insulation wasn't perfect, and i could hear some street noise.

the room provided two separate beds and tv. there was a bathroom with basic amenities. the beds was soft and clean.

the room had a kitchenette, so i made my own breakfast. there was a fridge. i used the available kettle. plenty of affordable restaurants are near the hotel.

check-in was quick, and i did appreciate it. the luggage storage was helpful because i arrived early. they upgraded me to a bigger room with three beds.

adequate location, some issues
public transport convenient transport cozy room clean room no lift uncomfortable mattress early closure
the hotel is close to public transport. lots of cafes and restaurants are around. the rooms were nice, i found them cozy. it was clean enough for my short stay, i must say.
My room was located on a higher floor, and there was no lift. one of the staff members helped with my suitcase, i appreciated it. the reception closed early on weekends, at 6 pm. i found this inconvenient. I must say. the mattress was not comfortable at all.
